Ms. Dumbi Mabiala (first name is pronounced Doom-bee) is a results-driven business and management professional with analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills. With a proven background in project management and business administration, Ms. Dumbi thrives in improving organizational processes, managing various projects and maintaining compliance.
Ms. Dumbi has been a part of Vineyard Kindle, Accountants + Advisors, PLLC since January 2019, assisting its partners with administration, accounting and daily operations.
Ms. Dumbi has a degree in International Business from Towson University, is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach, and holds a Master Project Manager (MPM) designation from the American Academy of Project Management.
Ms. Dumbi has had the pleasure over the years to speak to various audiences at seminars, women’s conferences, retreats and local organizations’ events. Her passion is to empower women leaders to develop their God given abilities, fulfill their calling and impact their generation.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Communication. I love the art of great communication. I’m continually challenging myself to grow in that area to become a compelling storyteller and communicator.
What is your most important core value and why?
Integrity. It’s the foundation of all core values. It’s important to live a life that is grounded in truth and honesty.
