Maria Lummus is a versatile accounting and finance leader who provides Fractional CFO/Controller services to our Vineyard Kindle clients. Maria has a strong background in Financial Services, Accounting, system implementations and enterprise solutions.
She often consults with private companies and non-profits. Maria also has overseen human resources/payroll, IT functions, Treasury and risk management as well. She has been employed by all types of dynamic organizations that include public companies, family owned businesses, and non-profits.
Maria has been responsible for large financial teams with Wyndham Hotels (as part of the Trammell Crow Family Business), Hotels.com, and TXU/Oncor, one of the largest energy companies in the U.S; she has over 25 years of experience bringing a wide knowledge base to our organization.
Maria is very creative, funny, strategic, organized and communicative. Her servant leadership attitude and her teaching heart allow her to work with a diverse client base including family-based, private equity-backed, closely held and corporate businesses.
